518 / OS

Systems that learn
as they build.

The Sovereign, Hardware-Aware Agentic OS.

518 Technologies builds localized, self-healing, multi-agent operating systems that dynamically adapt to physical hardware constraints to maximize local compute efficiency.

/ The core technology

One CLI.
Every constraint accounted for.

The 518 CLI turns the hardware you already own into a capable, self-directed compute environment.

01 / SYSTEM

Hardware-Aware Routing

Evaluates GPU VRAM and system RAM at runtime, then hot-swaps Tier 0 through Tier 6 models—from 135M micro-models on a laptop to 70B-class models on an H100 rig.

NATIVE / LOCAL
02 / SYSTEM

The 58-Seat Assembly Line

We don’t use generic "agents". A strictly regimented graph of 58 architectural seats (Enforcer, Sanitizer, Lead, Boss QA) pass context cleanly without overlap.

NATIVE / LOCAL
03 / SYSTEM

TokenGuard Context Compression

T0 micro-models intercept and summarize massive terminal outputs down to <50 words before they ever reach the primary reasoning models, guaranteeing flat VRAM usage.

NATIVE / LOCAL
04 / SYSTEM

Hardware Root of Trust

A physical USB-Key environment variable validates the local execution state, rendering remote supply-chain takeovers mathematically impossible.

NATIVE / LOCAL
05 / SYSTEM

V-Lang Harness Compilation

The core offline testing suite is written in V and compiled natively to raw system binaries, enabling massive multi-agent execution with zero Python overhead.

NATIVE / LOCAL
06 / SYSTEM

Voice-to-Execution Pipeline

Native, zero-latency local speech-to-text (Whisper.cpp) and text-to-speech (Kokoro) built directly into the local execution loop without cloud APIs.

/ Product systems

Models that train.
Teams that compound.

518 Technologies is not a single wrapper around a hosted model. Each product is an independent local system built around routing, validation, memory, and progressively better task execution.

five18 AI

SYS / 518-AI

A local intelligence stack taught to code, render, search, create video, and assemble agentic systems across every hardware-viable parameter size.

  • Local agent validation grades generated outputs before they enter the training corpus.
  • Validated interactions become synthetic data for proprietary model fine-tuning.
  • Scaling from micro-models to massive parameter giants to route around device limits without surrendering custody.
  • Dynamic reasoning injection (Low, Medium, High, xHigh, Max) fundamentally scales the intelligence of every single model size.

518 GameS

SYS / 518-GS

A model-driven game development studio where an elastic team of up to 125 agents coordinates locally from first prototype through world-building.

  • Specialists divide design, systems, narrative, art direction, QA, and optimization into parallel workstreams.
  • Dynamic provider routing selects the best available model for each task instead of binding the studio to one vendor.
  • Shared local context keeps creative and technical decisions coherent across the production graph.
  • Agent performance is evaluated after every handoff so routing and role selection improve over time.

/ Architecture / offline security

The USB-Key
Cage system.

The Cage creates a physical trust boundary around the runtime. Identity, authorization, model access, and workflow state remain tied to hardware the operator controls—not a remote account or permanent cloud credential.

Boot authorization is unlocked by a removable physical key.
Models, context, generated data, and audit state remain on the local node.
Agents exchange scoped context inside the Cage without exposing the full workspace.
Removing the key collapses the trust boundary and returns the system to a sealed state.

Compute that
responds to reality.

Instead of forcing every task through the same model, 518 reads the room first. The result is more capability per watt, per token, and per machine.
